Our customer, Cleanaway came to us for a solution for a portable pumps control cabinet. To avoid the hassle of constantly rewiring the board at new locations they wanted a plug and play solution.
Although the total current draw of the machine was 160A we were able to provide a solution that does the job and is easy for them to use.
In April 2024, we successfully completed a major project for our valued client, Mainstream Recycling, who was significantly expanding capacity at their industrial facility in Truganina.
The project involved close collaboration with two industrial processing companies to ensure their machinery was wired according to their specific requirements. Additionally, we upgraded the site’s power capacity, connected a temporary generator, and worked with Powercor to arrange the installation of a new permanent power kiosk.
We continue to provide ongoing maintenance services to Mainstream Recycling, a client we highly value and one that is poised to be a major player in the recycling industry.
We were asked by a commercial building company to build a control panel which would allow them to integrate their car stackers with the General Fire Alarm so that in the event of a fire, power to the car stackers would shut down.
We built the control board and successfully tested it on site.
We installed a CCTV system for our a commercial client that works in the farm equipment industry. We worked with Dahua to develop a cutting edge system. The perimeter of the property is protected with PTZ cameras which automatically track and follow human and vehicle targets. We also used wide angle, Ultra HD tioc cameras which use active deterrence features to lower the likelihood of crime and to monitor incidents.
We were asked by Tiemans Tankers to build and install a control board to monitor temperatures of tank and control the output to a gas burner to maintain a constant temperature.
The products being transported were asphalt and bitumen so the temperature consistency was critical. We sourced the materials, built the panels off site and installed, wired and commissioned for the customer; who was very happy with the end result.
